Lisa Grezlak and Ashley Reeb will lead participants through a gentle flow yoga practice and sound bath using the vibrations of gongs to cleanse the energies of your body and revitalize your mind and spirit. Lisa Grezlak founded SVOUND in 2017 to promote the transformational benefits of sound vibration healing. After receiving a life-changing 'sound massage' while traveling to Sedona, Arizona she has dedicated her career to helping others. She is a wellness advocate, a sound trainer, and a sound therapist. Ashley Reeb began her yoga practice in 2007 and continued her journey to become a yoga teacher in 2019. Her style is vinyasa and hatha-focused, and she loves to work with beginners to help give them building blocks to begin their own practice.
